Warranty
At DLB AIR SEEDER, we strive to make the warranty claim process as painless as possible. Please read the notes below for a general outline of our warranty policy.
When you notice the product is not performing properly or is experiencing issues, stop and call our Customer Support Team. Our Customer Support staff can assist with most common issues over the phone, saving you diagnostic time and minimizing interruptions in your work.
To expedite the warranty process, we will need pictures of the issue(s) and overall condition of the attachment. These pictures should be submitted by email. Pictures documentation is required for all warranty claims. Warranty claims cannot be provided if there is no photo documentation of the issues. We want to resolve issues as efficiently as possible, so we will cover the cost of standard ground shipping on warranty parts sent from the warehouse to the dealer or customer.
DLB AIR SEEDER warrants products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of goods sold. This warranty applies to any product and part that is properly installed, maintained, and operated under normal conditions. This warranty is void if the product and part has been subject to misuse, neglect, or accident, used for a purpose for which it is not designed, or altered in any way that adversely affect its performance or reliability. DLB AIR SEEDER sole obligation and the purchaser's sole remedy for any breach of this warranty is repair or replacement of defective parts.
Seeder or part must be returned to ADJM Agri-Distribution inc., Exclusive North American Distributor of DELIMBE, represented by DLB AIR SEEDER, under prescribed policy. They reserves the right to inspect any or all parts returned for warranty before warranty claims will be honored.
Ownership
The Warranty is only valid to retail purchased products by means of WWW.DLBSEEDER.COM and its authorized dealers. All warranties are valid with proof of purchase only. DLB AIR SEEDER does not warranty products purchased from third parties including but not limited to items purchased through an auction house.
Limitation of Liability
*In no case shall DLB AIR SEEDER and ADJM AGRI-DISTRIBUTION INC, our directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the products procured from DLB AIR SEEDER and ADJM AGRI-DISTRIBUTION INC, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the product.
Any claim arising from or relating to any alleged breach of warranty or failure of remedy must be commenced in one year after the claim arises. No one is authorized by DLB AIR SEEDER to modify the written terms of disclaimers set forth in this warranty.
